Appearing at the Scottish Hypnotherapy Foundation Conference 2017

Edinburgh based Holistic Practitioner Rogan Grant will be attending the Scottish Hypnotherapy Foundation Conference as a speaker this year, his talk will be about understanding the affects and causes of Acquired Brain Injury, how Hypnotherapy can help and giving advice on how to work with this specific field. Rogan Grant himself suffered an Acquired Brain Injury in 2006 and has worked relentlessly through recovery to learn as much as he can about the way brain injury affects those who survive, but also their families and carers. Rogan has been training and building upon his certifications and abilities since 2012 and continues still to keep training.

Rogan stated “I was once at a point where I couldn’t read a line of text without going back and reading the same line over and over without learning it, I was told I wouldn’t get any better. I didn’t believe that, and now I read on a daily basis, learning more and more to be able to build on my own knowledge.”

He continues, “Neuroplasticity is a new word being thrown about, it says that we can continually learn and relearn, the brain finds a way. It does! We should stay focussed on what we CAN do, that is what makes the difference”

As a Director of Positive Inspiration, and working with those involved, Rogan aims to focus on bringing treatments and therapies to those who usually can’t afford private natural healthcare by using the funds created by Positive Inspiration to offer free or heavily subsidised treatments to those referred by the organisations connected with Brain Injury.
